LibMaster.com StockChart library (LIBRARY) is not freeware or public domain.
This is a copyrighted software.

The LIBRARY included is distributed AS IS, with no warranties
given, either explicit or implied.

Standard license allows you to use LIBRARY for education purpose,
in freeware, uncommercial projects and may be distributed ONLY
as a part of the compiled software (executable modules or DLLs).

"Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying
the LIBRARY.

You may not modify the LIBRARY. You agree that you will not
attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the
LIBRARY in whole or in part.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the LIBRARY
except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

Developer's license allows you to use LIBRARY by any number of developers
in one organization, for which LIBRARY was registered.

"You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used
to pay the license fee.
"Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying
the LIBRARY.

This license is not transferable to other company, entity,
or individual.

You may not modify the LIBRARY. You agree that you will not
attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the
LIBRARY in whole or in part.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the LIBRARY
except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use

Developer's license allows you to distribute the descendants of
LIBRARY for free. LIBRARY may be used in freeware and
commercial projects and may be distributed ONLY as a part of the
compiled software (executable modules or DLLs). You may not
redistribute of LIBRARY source code.

The special technical support is given for this license.
Technical support includes fixing the bugs reported, consulting about
the best ways to use LIBRARY, fixing a user's bugs, concerned
with LIBRARY usage etc.

Users who purchased the developer's license are notified about new
versions of LIBRARY. If requested, new versions may be sent them
by e-mail.

No license allows you redistribution of LIBRARY source code
without explicit written permission from author.

All support, mail notifications etc. stop if you break the license
rules: redistribute the source code without explicit written
permission from author.
